What you will need:
Glue Gun
Elastic Headband

First cut out 3 sets of circles,
 4 - 3inch circles
4 - 2 inch circles
4 - 1 inch circles
Then cut out an extra 2 inch circle.

Start with your 3 inch circles.. Fold it in half.

Fold it in half again..

Then flip one of the sides back over (should be 1/4 the size of the original circle)

Should look like this..

Then pin it so it stays in that shape.

Then do the same thing with the rest of the circles, besides your extra 2 inch one.

Put a small dot of glue on the corner of the 3 inch circle.

And glue it to the middle of the extra 2 inch circle.

Do so with the rest of the 3 inch circles.

Do the same thing with the 2 inch circles, putting them on top of the 3 inch circles.

Then the same with the 1 inch circles, placing them on top of the 2 inch circles.

Then take the tins out and fluff.

Then take the scissors and trim the sides so the are a little more even.
Glue to an elastic and your done!

You can do 1, 2 or 3 on the elastic depending on your style!

Turns out super cute!
